The room was dirty I had a reservation but they where sold out so I had a dirty room I changed the bed myself it was late and I didn't want to look else where I will never go back tho the msn was rude and act like he was mad I asked him could we have room clean he said bi staff was there but him take it or leave basically
The ppl around all night long
location was good
You have to be in by dark - not the best neighborhood
Apparently they have a contract with the city to relocate the homeless. I slept with a gun by my bed.
The room was filthy and icky icky icky. We had to anoint the room and get the presence of the Living god in it in order for us to feel safe and clean it was so bad. To top it off I purposely left my coat there to see if they would have the integrity to call me back to mention I left my coat but they did not. They stole it because they thought I left it for them to keep which they didnt realize it was a test of their integrity! They have none! There was blood on the matress and they would not switch anything and to top it off they don't give clean towels or clean the rooms. They say you do the housekeeeping. I dont want the jacket though not now .
Like I said it was close to highway to get home . We didnt like anything about it. It stunk and was unsafe. The staff was rude especially when we first came into town!
This was an awful experience, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!! The tv was broke, the phone was broke, there was hair in the bed, people were doing drug deals outside the hotel. It was so disgusting. I was supposed to stay 3 nights with my kids and left after the first as soon as I could.
Location was central to both residential, business and venues. Price was decent.
Bed was hard as the floor. Bedspread had a cigarette-like burn hole. One of the staircases smelled like urine. Swipe locks on doors to one of the rooms as well as stairwells and elevator did not work properly; necessitating the room key be recoded and a long walk around the end of the building. Serious safety issue.
The bed was comfortable.
The room had a smell, the shower curtain had an odor, curtains had holes, no remote control or cable channels were limited. The doors entrance was not weather sealed you could see outside.
The room smelled like animal urine and the toilet was not cleaned.
Room was filthy, door handle missing from inside of bathroom door, no water pressure in shower, and the smallest tv ever....19 inch. This trip was for my son's Special Olympics tournament. We usually stay at the Western Inn.
Stayed 2 nights and they did not change the bath towels neither did they restock essential bathroom items.
Compared to all the other lower rate hotels on hosmer, I would say Crossland Economy suites is best!
That there wasn't at least a continental breakfast available.
clean and comfy , great TV
The staff was helpful.
People would smoke and it would blow into the vents
Close to food and stores
The parking lot was full of hookers and drug deals. Also people fighting and yelling all the time.
